Azima ("Uygulama", "Biz") gizliliğinize değer verir. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Azima uygulamasını kullandığınızda hangi verilerin işlendiğini, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar.

1. Veri Toplama İlkemiz

Azima kişisel veri toplamaz. Kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanızı gerektirmez. Verileriniz sunucularımıza gönderilmez.

Bunu bir slogan olarak değil, teknik bir gerçek olarak yazıyoruz: bu sürümde uygulamanın bize ait hiçbir sunucusu yoktur. Konumunuz, tercihleriniz, zikir sayımlarınız, yer imleriniz ve satın alma bilgileriniz yalnızca kendi cihazınızda kalır.

3.1 Kuran ses yayını

Sesli tilavet dinlediğinizde ses dosyaları cdn.islamic.network üzerinden akıtılır. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi bu sırada IP adresiniz o sunucuya ulaşır. Azima bu isteklere adınızı, konumunuzu veya herhangi bir kimlik bilgisini eklemez. Tilavet dinlemezseniz bu istek hiç yapılmaz.

Azima 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Yaşa bağlı bir doğrulama yapmıyoruz, çünkü hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.

7. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)

Kişisel veri toplamadığımız için işlenen, saklanan veya aktarılan bir veriniz yoktur; dolayısıyla silme, düzeltme veya taşıma talebine konu bir kayıt bulunmaz. Cihazınızdaki verileri kaldırmak için uygulamayı silmeniz yeterlidir.

8. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu politika güncellenirse yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir ve güncel metin bu adreste yayımlanır. İleride sunucu tarafında bir doğrulama devreye alınırsa, bu politika ve App Store'daki gizlilik beyanı aynı anda güncellenir.

Azima — Privacy Policy

Azima ("the App", "we") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, how it is used, and your rights when using Azima.

1. Our Data Principle

Azima collects no personal data. No account is required. Nothing is sent to our servers.

We write this as a technical fact rather than a slogan: in this version the app has no server of ours at all. Your location, preferences, dhikr counts, bookmarks and purchase information stay on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Quran audio streaming

When you listen to a recitation, audio is streamed from cdn.islamic.network. As with any internet request, your IP address reaches that server. Azima does not attach your name, location or any identifier to these requests. If you never play a recitation, the request is never made.

Azima does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. We perform no age verification because we collect no personal data from anyone.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Because we collect no personal data, there is no record of yours being processed, stored or transferred, and therefore nothing to request deletion, correction or portability of. To remove data from your device, delete the app.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the effective date will be updated and the current text published at this address. Should server-side verification be introduced in future, this policy and the App Store privacy declaration will be updated together.
